  2. Either type in the model number, search by make and model or select the item you want to send in for recycling.
  3. On the following screen you need to select whether the item you want to sell is working, non-working or beyond economical repair (BER) and press the ‘get a quote’ button.
  4. Next you will be quoted a price, if you are happy to proceed simply press the ‘sell now’ button.
  5. Next simply enter your personal details and select your method or payment. (Cheque or BACS) If you are recycling 5 or more items you will be sent a free courier, if not you will be provided with a free post address to send your old items too. If you are sending an item that is of a higher value its recommended that you use recorded or special delivery.
  6. Once received your old iPod, iPhone or other gadget will be tested and payment sent via either cheque or BACS within 7 days.
