Boots the chemist have recently expanded their mobile recycling website to allow users to recycle other electronic devices including iPods and iPhones.

Unlike other recycling sites Boots Recycle does not offer cash in return for iPods and iPhones but Advantage card points which can be used to buy items in any Boot’s store.

To sell your old iPod or iPhone simply visit the Boots Recycle site here and type in the model number of the device you want to sell. On the following screen you will be quoted in points the amount you will get for your old item, if you are happy with the points you are offered then proceed through the checkout. Once your old iPod or iPhone has been received it will be tested and your points will be added to your card by visiting any Boot’s store and going to the pink kiosks.

Other leading mobile recycling sites that have recently allowed users to sell other electronic devices include Mopay, Money4urMobile and Mobile Phone Xchange.
